Customization

Our online store has product-specific customization options. For image customization, you should send us a picture, and for text customization, let us know what kind of customization you want. Some of our products also have the option of both customizations.

Customization from a photo

• Make sure the photo is taken in good lighting (outdoor daylight is best)
• Person/Pets don't need to be looking at the camera
• Try to get a close up so we can see your person/pet's unique features
• Make sure the photo is not blurry
• Make sure no features (e.g. ears!) are out of frame - we can't add them if they aren't in the original photo
• Ensure that the colors in the photo is not affected by bad lighting. If the skin/fur color in the photo is not accurate to real life, the skin/fur in the design won't be either

We have a team dedicated to checking photos as orders are placed. If there's an issue with your photo, we'll let you know very quickly via email. Please give us your correct email address!


If we do need a new photo from you, this may lengthen your delivery time by a few days.

Please note that if you refuse to provide a new photo after we have informed you that the original photo may not result in the best quality artwork, then we cannot refund you. It's your responsibility to ensure that you are happy with the photo you provide.

Note: All examples on our website were produced using high quality photos.

 

Does it matter what's in the background of my photo?

No this shouldn't matter. Don't worry if there's a lot of stuff in the background. Obviously, it's better if it's a plain/clear background. But don't obsess over it too much! It really doesn't make much difference.

How do you produce your artwork?

We are a digital design studio and we use a range of proprietary photo editing techniques, professional photo re-touching as well as a number of complex brush strokes and blending processes to turn your original photo into a great product.

 
Text customization

For text customization, you must provide us with information about the customization (for example, name). So write the customization you want carefully. We do not check the correctness of the customization.

 

Can I see the artwork before it gets printed?

We do not send a preview image of text customization products to our customers. If you order the product with image customization, we will send a preview image to the customer by email. When you order a product with photo customization, you will get to preview the artwork and request any changes before printing. We'll email you a preview image of the product by email.

 

How long does customization take?

Our production timeline shifts daily depending on overall order volume. We process all orders on a first-come-first-serve basis and we promise we are working as hard as we can to get your order in your hands as quickly as possible.

What is the return policy for customized products?

We cannot accept returns or exchanges of customized products. Please visit our return page for more information.

 

Shipping & Delivery

 

When will I receive my order?

Best Vegan Style’s orders have an average processing time of 3-6 business days so please be noted when purchasing. Customizable products may take longer to ship.

The amount of time it takes for your order to leave our warehouse and arrive at the local delivery carrier is different depending on the product type and destination country. It may take from 7-20 business days. For further information, please read our shipping policy.

Due to the global impact of COVID-19 and seasonal demands, production and delivery times might be delayed by up to 5 business days more than the standard time frame. We truly apologize for this inconvenience and appreciate your understanding during this period.

 

Why was my order shipped separately?

We use print-on-demand partners to make products (for example Printify). Our print-provider’s warehouses are located in different locations in the US. Moreover, our stock is spread out over multiple fulfillment centers in order for them to get to you faster. This means orders containing multiple items may be shipped individually. 


You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way!

 

My order was shown “Delivered” but nothing was received.

If you received the delivery notice but the package is not in your mailbox, in your apartment office, or on the porch/doorstep, please don't worry, there are a few possibilities and steps to do in that event.

It could be delivered to the PO Box if you have one. Please stop by the post office to collect your package.

Your neighbors and housemates might have received it in error. You might want to reach out to them.

Where do you ship from?

Plus Size Clothes products are manufactured and shipped out from different print provider’s centers in the US.


After-ship Issues

 

What if I receive a damaged/defective item?

We're sorry you received a parcel with damaged/broken/defective items!

If the product is damaged/broken, send us a photo of the broken product to plussizeclothes.onlinestore@gmail.com. After we have checked the email, we will give you instructions on how to dispose of the product. You do not need to return the broken product to us.

 

I received someone else’s order/item.

Our apology for the mix-up. It’s a rare occasion that happens once in while due to high seasonal demands.

You don’t need to try to reach out to the right recipient. Just fill out our contact form with a photo of the wrong item and get your replacement sent out asap.

 

I am still missing other items in my order.

If your missing item was shipped from a different fulfillment location, it may still be in transit to you. In case there is no other information on the remaining items, please reach out to us here.

 

Order Placement

 

How to place an order?

First of all, choose products that you love,  and then click "Add to cart" and then hit "Checkout". If the product has the possibility of customization, give us the necessary information for customization (image / text).

Fill in the shipping details that are most likely to receive packages. Choose a suitable payment method and complete the order.

That's it! We will do the rest for you :)

 

I can’t find my order confirmation email.

If an order was placed and processed successfully, an automated order confirmation should have been sent to you via e-mail. Please check your Promotion/Spam/Junk mailbox if you do not see any emails in your primary inbox.

Also, it is recommended that you whitelist our notification email address in order to improve our email deliverability. If you still could not find it after checking, we recommend you Contact Us so we may investigate this for you.


Payments

How can I pay for my order?

We offer safe shopping and accept payment via PayPal, Credit card (such as VISA, MASTER CARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVERY, etc.). Therefore, you can choose the most suitable one for you.

 

Will my card's information be safe?

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

 

Payment:

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

My card is declined. What’s the reason?

Please make sure the following information is valid/correct:

Card number

Expiration date

Security code

Billing address

You should try to enter the information again if you have changed them recently.
